Our Philosophy

At Peaka Roast, we believe coffee should be roasted fresh, not months ago on an industrial line. For the founder batch, every bag of Bali Blue Moon is roasted to order at the level you choose.

Our Process

Right now the public shop is focused on one limited Bali Blue Moon batch from Bali, Indonesia. When you place an order, we roast it to your chosen roast level. Your coffee ships within 24–48 hours of roasting, so it arrives at peak freshness.

Why Custom Roasting?

Most store-bought coffee was roasted weeks or months before it reaches your cup. Coffee begins losing flavor within days of roasting. By roasting to order, we ensure you're getting the freshest, most flavorful coffee possible.
